The Stepping Stones to the UK Market event saw Irish and UK specialists address more than 50 delegates on how to successfully plan and build strategic alliances for an easier entry to the lucrative UK market.


“Well Seasoned” Event is Highlight of Local Enterprise Week in West Cork

The Local Enterprise Office Cork North and West has announced its programme of events for Local Enterprise Week which runs from 7th – 11th March. Local Enterprise Week is a national event across all 31 LEO’s and is aimed at anyone thinking of starting a business, new start-ups and growing SMEs, and a week-long schedule of events will include workshops, seminars, networking evenings and business advice clinics.


New Frontiers Contract to Unlock €2million Worth of Entrepreneur Supports over 5 years

The Rubicon Centre, Ireland’s leading business innovation hub has secured a lucrative five year contract from Enterprise Ireland to continue the roll out of its national entrepreneur development programme, New Frontiers. The contract which is worth €2million in direct and indirect funding and supports to entrepreneurs will see the Rubicon Centre continue in its role as being a vital base for high potential start ups in the Munster region.
